ON&ON SEASON OPENING - House Vibes All Night Long

🕗 21:00 – 22:00 — Free House Dance Introduction with Danny Son
🕗 22:00 – 04:00 — Party with Danny Son, Kosmik Kat (Pedo Knopp) + special guest Abiba

Sokoto After a long winter break, ON & ON is back — and we’re excited to welcome you to our new home base: Zoom Kantine (formerly Micro at Cocoon Club). Over the winter, the space received a subtle refresh — including fine-tuning of the already impressive sound system and a separate entrance for the floor. We’re excited to step into this refined ON & ON setting with new momentum: plenty of space to move, a wooden floor for the dancers, and a finely tuned L-Acoustics system delivering clarity, warmth, and punch. In our eyes, it’s hard to find a venue in Frankfurt better suited for a house dance event.

As always, the night begins with a free House Dance introduction from 21:00 to 22:00 — an open invitation to warm up, connect, learn the basic steps and get into the groove. From there, hosts Kosmik Kat and Danny Son take over, guiding you through the night with a deep, soulful, and forward-thinking selection — from timeless cuts to future sounds.

ABIBA SOKOTO
We’re truly excited to welcome a special guest we’ve been looking forward to for a while: Abiba Sokoto from Amsterdam. With roots in Burkina Faso and Germany, and having grown up between France and Freiburg, her sound reflects a rich blend of cultural influences. Deeply connected to both music and movement, she draws from the Black music continuum and its long-standing traditions of community, expression, and celebration. Her sets weave together house, broken beat, jazz fusion, and intricate rhythms into a vibrant, ever-evolving flow. Still on the rise, she has already played at venues such as Paradiso, Garage Noord, Doka, Lofi, Radio Radio, and Grow Hackney, and appeared on platforms like Rinse FM and Operator Radio.
